Kedar Gadgil (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr Kedar Gadgil has completed BE Civil Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune (Maharashtra) India & MS Civil Engineering majoring in Transportation Engineering from Michigan Tech University (MTU) in Houghton, MI, USA.

He has gained over 22 years of experience working in roadways and traffic engineering. His key expertise is in Road Geometric Design, Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning. After completing Bachelors, Mr Gadgil had the opportunity to work on his first job as Junior Engineer on India's first Fully Grade-Separated Six-Lane Expressway Project between the Cities of Pune & Mumbai in State of Maharashtra.

After getting Masters Degree from MTU, he worked in Alabama on several Sub-Division Planning & Design Assignments in the Madison County in Alabama where he was involved in Road Geometric Design work. He also built his expertise in Pre-development & Post-development Grading of Site and Hydrology & Hydraulic analysis for Surface Drains. His second job in the USA was with TRC Solutions Inc in New Jersey where he worked on Virginia DOT (VDOT) project for Widening on Route 10 (I-95 to Ware Bottom Spring Rd). He also worked on Traffic Studies in South Jersey and Traffic Signal Upgradation Project in Camden City, NJ.

Since returning to India in 2009 he has worked with STUP Consultants in Navi Mumbai and SNC Lavalin in Pune and now since 2013 he started his own Engineering Consultancy with the name GE Consultants based in Pune, Maharashtra. After moving to India he has worked extensively on Detailed Project Report (DPR) & Detailed Engineering for Highway Widening projects, Storm Water Drainage Design for Highways and Urban Roads, Traffic Studies using Econometric Analysis Method for Highway projects, Highway Safety Audit on Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Projects, Economic Analysis using Benefit Cost Method for Greenfield Highway.

In the area of Urban Infrastructure, he has worked on several Projects under Smart City Mission of Government of India as Road & Traffic Expert. Apart from that he has also worked on Traffic Impact Assessment Studies, Junction Improvement, Traffic Circulation Schemes, And Parking Management work.
